Tasks

• Interact with website visitors through online chat to provide information about Covenant Academys programs and admissions process
• Assist prospective students and parents with inquiries about curriculum tuition and extracurricular activities
• Collect contact information from interested individuals for followup by admissions staff
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style while representing the values and mission of Covenant Academy
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for potential students and families

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with online chat platforms and tools
• Basic understanding of higher education industry and Christian values
