- Offline Daily Customer Review and Feedbacks
- Online responses on Social media Platforms Fb & Instagram
- Handling Customers Complaints Monthly Follow up with previous customers
- shipping orders and follow up with shipping companies
- Mobile & Whatsapp responses
- any other aspect related to the position
- weekly Reports of the previous aspects
