- Expert with Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, One Drive, Yammer as well as other Office 365 applications.
- Experience with the Security and Compliance Suite.
- Proficiency in installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server operating system.
- Experience managing Microsoft SMTP servers.
- Must have strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Scripting and coding skills with PowerShell to fulfill automation tasks and integration with other applications.
