About the job
We are seeking a talented and experienced Onsite Odoo Functional expert to join our team. As an Odoo Functional expert, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in implementing and customizing the Odoo ERP system and have experiance in all functional on Odoo to be used in our company.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives. Document and analyze their functional requirements to propose suitable Odoo ERP solutions.
- Solution Design: Based on the gathered requirements, design and configure the Odoo ERP system to align with the business specific needs. Create process flows, system workflows, and functional specifications to guide the development team.
Module Configuration: Customize and configure Odoo ERP modules to meet the clients business requirements. Set up and optimize various modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Accounting, and others.- Data Migration: Plan and oversee the smooth migration of data from the clients legacy systems to Odoo ERP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- User Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to ensure proper adoption and utilization of the Odoo ERP system. Provide training materials and user manuals for reference.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test the configured Odoo modules to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free from defects before the system goes live.
- Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change related to the adoption of Odoo ERP. Help stakeholders embrace the new processes and technology effectively.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, preferably working directly with clients onsite.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, configurations, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various domains like Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Accounting, etc.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
- Prior experience in ERP implementation, customization, and data migration is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel.
- Certification in Odoo ERP or relevant functional consulting certifications is a plus.
- Minumum experiance 3 years.
Arabic and English languages are a must.
