O2C Reference Data Associate
Responsibilities:

• Create backend system (Resolution Cockpit) based on information provided by the division, For O2C.
• Works with business units and appropriate team members to resolve Reference Data issues in an efficient and timely manner
• Manage product allocation, rule substitution in data integrity across systems
• Responsible for automatic order material mapping in a timely manner.
• Operate and manage established systems for the management of internal data and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate
• Resolve any problem areas of existing reference data integrity and provide solutions going forward.
• Day to day management of reference data updates with collation and co-ordination through data providers / users.
• Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Master Data Management changes.
  

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Microsoft applications (Word – Excel) & analytical computer skills. SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working in strong team environment and able to use problem solving skills.
