An energetic and eager Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed to serve in a Nursing home located in the Chicago IL.
Duties Include:
You will be responsible for managing patient care under the company and the facility s policies with the goal of minimizing hospitalizations.
Are you a fit
- Valid NP or PA license in the state of Illinois
- Long term care experience is strongly preferred
- OK with Nursing Home setting
Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday Friday
- 8 Hour Days
- No weekends
