Job Description

Our data protection company is seeking a Recruiter to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing departments. We are looking for someone who can keep pace with current growth and recruit talents according to our organizations needs. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting prescreening interviews. If you re sharp professional and have good communication skills we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for NonIT Development in the Enterprise SaaS domain.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract toptier NonIT talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment processes to ensure the selection of highperforming candidates.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings interview coordination and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through networking industry events and other channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.


Requirements

  • Bacherols/Master degree in HR is must
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Datadriven approach to recruitment with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • 01 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter role is preferred..
  • Indepth knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools for NonIT talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the NonIT hiring role is preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in building diverse and inclusive sales teams.
