Nintex Workflow Designer

Job Title: Nintex Workflow Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement Nintex workflows to automate business processes based on requirements gathered from stakeholders.
  
• Customize Nintex forms and workflows to meet specific business needs and improve user experience.
  
• Integrate Nintex workflows with existing systems applications and databases.
  
• Perform testing debugging and troubleshooting of Nintex workflows to ensure functionality and reliability.
  
• Optimize Nintex workflows for performance and scalability.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and stakeholders.
  
• Document Nintex workflows configurations and technical specifications.
  
• Stay updated with the latest features updates and best practices related to Nintex Workflow platform.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and system administrators to deliver highquality solutions.
  

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
   
2. Proven experience as a Nintex Workflow Developer or similar role.
   
3. Strong knowledge of Nintex Workflow platform including forms workflows and connectors.
   
4. Proficiency in designing and developing complex workflows using Nintex Workflow Designer.
   
5. Experience with integrating Nintex workflows with SharePoint Office 365 and other thirdparty systems.
   
6. Solid understanding of business process automation concepts and methodologies.
   
7. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
   
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
   
10. Nintex certification(s) is a plus.
    

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with other workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
   
2. Knowledge of SharePoint development and administration.
   
3. Familiarity with programming languages such as C# JavaScript or PowerShell.
   
4. Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
