New Business Development Manager - Beverage EMEA

As a business unit of IDEX Corporation, GAST Manufacturing US (Global headquarters/manufacturing), with her subsidiary GAST JUN-AIR Europe B.V. in The Netherlands (EMEA logistic center) and GAST Group Ltd. in China (AP head office/manufacturing), has a long history of being the leader in design and manufacturing of Air compressors, Vacuum pumps and Air Motors sold to the market under the brand names of GAST, JUN-AIR and Element7. We specialize in offering added value solutions for a wide variety of industries including Industrial manufacturing, Healthcare, Beverage, and Environmental applications.

Tasks

To support our Global Sales Team, we are looking for you based remotely in BeNeLux or UK as

New Business Development Manager - Beverage EMEA

YOUR TASKS

• Finding new opportunities and develop new strategic partners to grow GAST`s EMEA Beverage market.
• Develop a strategic growth plan to gain market share.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with existing customers.
• Prepare and present presentations about GAST capabilities and solutions to customers and prospective customers.
• Act as the voice of the customer, with a deep understanding of user personas, pain points, and customer journeys.
• Determine the feasibility and viability of a concept using customer feedback and market data.
• Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends.
• Craft and shape the business/product strategy, functional product requirements, and commercialization recommendation, and ultimately, own the transformation of a validated solution.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Coordinate and contribute to the development of strategic and annual business plans.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent education.
• Multiple years work experience in business development.
• Proven track record of creating and winning new direct business ideally in the beverage market.
• Results-oriented personally that enjoys hunting in sales.
• High customer orientation and networking ability.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience with managing direct accounts.
• Excellent analytical and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship building skills and a high problem-solving mentality.
• Available for business travel (40% overnight stay)
