Active TX License
BC/BE
ACLS

Must have Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology fellowship
Radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial), Diagnostic/therapeutic taps, Lumbar puncture, Subdural taps, Other (excludes lumbar puncture and subdural taps), Thrombolytic therapy, Biopsy - Nerve, Biopsy - Muscle, EEG (Electroencephalogram), Brain death exam, EMG (Electromyogram), NCV (Never Conduction Velocity tests), Evoked potentials, Pain management procedures, Peripheral nerve blocks, Spinal/paraspinal/epidural blocks, Botulinum toxin administration (Botox), Sleep studies, Dyability evaluation
