Overview

Key responsibilities

• Conduct neurological consultations and assessments.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including EEG EMG and MRI.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Promote neurological wellness and preventive care.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to academic pursuits.
• Stay abreast of advancements in neurology and implement best practices.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety.
• Lead and supervise medical staff and residents.

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Completion of residency training in neurology.
• Board certification in neurology.
• Licensure to practice as a neurologist.
• Proven experience as a neurologist preferably in a consulting role.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating neurological conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Passion for research and contribution to the advancement of neurology.
