The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving customer's current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design customer's revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in CISCO, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Windows environments, and IP networking.
Design and support customer's network systems and infrastructure
Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks
Configure and operate routers, firewalls, and switches
Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting with CISCO and other IP Networking environment
Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
CCNA, CCNP (Network qualifications are not essential, but the experience is important.)
Must have the ability to read and write Japanese Language and English Language
Work Location: New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA (There are possibilities of the business trip or dispatch)
Workplace: Hybrid. Work on-site and remotely
Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 (in principle)
