NET Full stack Lead

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing developing and implementing .NET full stack solutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze user requirements and design new software solutions.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle including planning coding testing and deployment.
• Architect and develop scalable performant and secure web applications using .NET technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and highquality code.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET and full stack development space.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
• Oversee the integration of frontend and backend components ensuring seamless functionality.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Document technical specifications system workflows and processes related to application development.
• Conduct performance tuning troubleshooting and optimization of systems and applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards software development best practices and security guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a full stack developer with expertise in .NET technologies.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferably in a software development environment.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML CSS and frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of database management SQL and ORM frameworks.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ability to lead mentor and guide a team of developers towards successful project completion.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices for software development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality software solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in .NET development or full stack technologies are desirable.
