In order to reach the project goals, two main outcomes are expected through UNESCO support, which will allow for further development of WebGIS to cater to the needs of the proposed School Maintenance Module . These are:
Outcome 1 : School maintenance needs are electronically captured, monitored, analysed and used to inform evidence-based maintenance and budget planning within the Buildings & International Projects Department at MoE.
Outcome 2: Relevant MoE staff within central ministry, field directorate and school levels are equipped to utilize the smart school maintenance module using the enhanced WebGIS tool.
