Join a small tight knit social design team helping to deliver social assets for one of the biggest automotive brands in the world! Your skills will help us take our motion assets to another level with your expertise in VFX and 3D. Your role will span everything from interpreting briefs and enhancing team concepts to active involvement in ideation and producing stunning static & motion graphics.

WHAT YOU DO

• Deliver compelling stories through film moving assets and other forms of motion.
• Flexibility to work across the entire process from initial creative exploration to final delivery.
• Work confidently alone as well as part of a wider team to solve creative challenges.
• Collaborate with strategists creatives and client managers to construct engaging stories.
• Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing new techniques that encourage the wider creative team to be brave.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual and creative design art direction & typographic skills.
• Be a brand guardian ensuring work conforms to the brand values.
• Lead on projects and support others as necessary by collaboration with other teams.
• Proactively push the quality of the output.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum 5 years working in similar roles within the industry. Proven experience in the social / broadcast industry ideal.
• Experience in Cinema 4D / Red Shift / Octane.
• Strong 3D Modelling skills in Cinema 4D.
• Capable of creating models from scratch as well as using stock models.
• Strong skillset in After Effects Premiere Pro and core Adobe CC Software (e.g. Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of cinematography composition timing and general filmmaking fundamentals.
• A fundamental understanding of Graphic Design is a welcomed bonus.
• Good understanding of design principles with experience working to brand guidelines.
• Eye for detail solid typographic skills and a flair for design.
• Problem solver with a desire to find effective solutions.
• Recognised by the team as a key contributor and an expert to the client regarding motion graphics.
• Ability to embed conceptual thinking motion principles and guidance into branding.
• Be available for international travel as and when needed to fulfil your role.
• Open to continuous learning and development.
• You take ownership of deliverables managing project streams independently and efficiently.
• You are always approachable and have a goodnatured service attitude.
• You respond quickly and work well under pressure.
