Moodle Developer

Responsibilities:

• Customize and extend Moodle functionality using PHP HTML CSS JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
• Develop custom plugins modules and themes for Moodle to enhance its features and usability.
• Integrate Moodle with other systems and tools such as content management systems student information systems and authentication systems.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging and interactive elearning experiences.
• Optimize Moodle performance and scalability to ensure a smooth user experience for learners and administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Moodle including bug fixes performance optimization and system upgrades.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in elearning technology and instructional design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and customizing Moodlebased learning management systems.
• Proficiency in PHP programming language and experience with web development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and AJAX.
• Familiarity with database management systems particularly MySQL.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Experience with other elearning platforms or educational technologies is a plus.
