- Provide oversight and quality control for all monitoring-focused activities for the duration of the activity.
- Supervise and mentor related staff under the monitoring component of the activity.
- Support DQA reviews, develop methodologies to assess DQA indicators, and strengthen USAID and IP capacities on conducting DQAs and maintaining data quality.
- Coordinate portfolio reviews, supporting USAID with scheduling, creating templates, collaborating around indicator data analysis, coordinating information collected from technical teams, and supporting facilitation.
- Build the capacity of USAID and IPs on data analysis, presentations, and use findings to adapt at the strategy and implementation levels.
- Support field-based monitoring efforts, and establish and maintain a site visit plan for all USAID activities.
- Oversee data collection and analysis through the collection and analysis of data from primary and secondary sources, including public opinion surveys.
- Support GIS and MIS data collection from IPs.
- Support data visualization and analysis efforts.
