The incumbent will support the project management team in all data collection, analysis, and learning activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish for the project. S/He will work closely with Program team to assess field conditions, support capacity building initiatives, and facilitate the collection of quality data under the supervision of the project manager. In addition, S/He will build the capacity of project staff in monitoring and evaluation, and specifically how to demonstrate impact and will assist Project Manager in preparing quarterly/annual reports on project progress and will monitor the overall progress of the project in achieving outcomes.
