- Work with personnel from project implementation teams to design data collection tools in line with project MEL plan and logframe and liaise with supervisor to make sure new tools are properly rolled out on a timely manner.
- Build quantitative data collection tools on Akvo or equivalent smartphone-based data collection applications (Kobo, ODK, etc.).
- Create KIIs and FGDs templates in alignment with best qualitative data collection practices.
