Mom Child Aesthetic Coordinator

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule aesthetic services for clients ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide guidance and support to expectant mothers and parents on various aspects of care for themselves and their children.
• Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness and participation in mom & child and aesthetic services.
• Manage inventory and supplies for both mom & child services and aesthetic treatments.
• Collaborate with the client services team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and materials for mothers and children.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in aesthetic services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and engage in effective problem resolution when necessary.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collect and maintain accurate records of client information and services provided.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field such as Aesthetics Child Development or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in coordinating aesthetic services and/or working with mothers and children.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Demonstrated customer service and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology for administrative tasks.
• Understanding of confidentiality and ethical considerations in client interactions.
• Certification in Aesthetic or Beauty Therapy is an advantage.
