Modifications Executive Manager

Job Description

1. Follow up the department’s daily work progress.
2. Apply the company’s strategies and cascade it to department’s/individual tasks.
3. Ensure the modification design process aligned with the site progress.
4. Work on finding out new ideas for design modification to clients.
5. Manage and follow up the department’s team members performance.
6. Set up the department’s long-term and short-term plans to assure maximum efficiency.
7. Handle the VIP clients and the clients with specific problems or complicated design issues.
8. Assess and improve the process and policies of modifications system.
9. Overview the architectural details of the unit’s original design to set notes with design department.
10. Provide financial and technical reports to the top management.

Job Requirements

1. Suitable Bachelor’s degree. Fine Arts – Applicable Arts (Interior design) – Architecture
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in the same Field with minimum 5 years in extensive management experience
