Mobile Team Lead

Job Summary

As the Mobile Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Android and iOS developers in designing developing testing and maintaining highquality mobile applications You will collaborate closely with product managers designers and other crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of mobile projects

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management Lead and inspire a team of Android and iOS developers fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment Set clear goals provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and career development

Project Planning and Execution Work closely with product managers to understand project requirements priorities and timelines Develop project plans allocate resources and ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget Monitor progress identify and mitigate risks and implement effective solutions to meet project goals

Mobile Development Lead by example in the design development and testing of Android and iOS applications Review and guide code quality architecture and best practices Stay uptodate with the latest mobile development trends tools and technologies

Crossfunctional collaboration Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements Ensure effective communication within the mobile development team and across other departments

Quality Assurance Implement and enforce quality assurance processes including code reviews automated testing and performance optimizationEnsure that mobile applications are userfriendly scalable and maintainable

Continuous Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the mobile development teamEncourage innovation and experimentation in mobile app development

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience ( years) in mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully leading development teams
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Kotlin Swift or ObjectiveC
• Indepth knowledge of mobile development frameworks tools and best practices
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies (eg Scrum Kanban) is a plus
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus
