Essential Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in Sales and Marketing Pharma roles in country
- 5+ years expertise applying strategic thought leadership, driving disciplined execution, agility and facilitating cultural change focused on Patient Experience and process improvement excellence.
- Degree in Marketing or Life Science degree
- Global experience
- Management of P&Ls
- Understanding and experience of working with global stakeholders
- Experience in large pharmaceutical organisation
- Proven experience in leading high performing teams
- Ability to work across geographies and create learning systems with worldwide compatibility.
