MES POMS Consultant

• Hands on experience MES POMS min 1 /2 implementation.
• Must have MES configuration & development experience.
• Work Order management batch management label printing material consumption bill of materials audit trail and historian training management resource management
• Hands on experience on database like SQL ORACLE server
• MES Production support
• Candidate should have knowledge of Recipe manager Security Administrator Manage Order Recipe Application Developer modules.
• Having hands on knowledge on the POMS system administration. Includes database maintenance configuration manager Barcode label configuration.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of having detailed knowledge on POMS specification management includes material model equipment model process model.
• Candidate should have knowledge on user management in POMS and managing security administrator groups and objectives.
• Need to coordinate with teams from different time zones and ensure issues are resolved.
• Candidate should have knowledge on preparation and revision of BOM BOE.
• Creation/ designing the recipes in poms to the total fillfinish line from dispensing to packing and ensure successful execution on the shop floor.
