Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• MD/DNB in General Medicine from a reputed university or institution
• Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or with the respective State Medical Council

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post MD/DNB in General Medicine
• Alternatively minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Physician postMBBS with MD/DNB
• Experience in managing a wide range of medical cases with proficiency in diagnosing and treating various illnesses and conditions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide highquality medical care to patients presenting with a variety of medical conditions including but not limited to acute illnesses chronic diseases and preventive health care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments including medical history review physical examinations and diagnostic test interpretation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as required ensuring optimal health outcomes.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding disease management medication adherence lifestyle modifications and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records including patient charts progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of General Medicine through ongoing education and professional development activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects as appropriate.
