We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis administration with extensive experience in both implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) projects. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP ECC and the ability to work with SAP systems running on Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects ensuring the successful configuration and customization of SAP modules to meet business requirements.
• Oversee AMS projects providing guidance and support to the SAP Basis team in system monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand infrastructure needs and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
• Serve as the main point of contact for SAP infrastructurerelated matters working closely with the DBA team to maintain high system uptime and performance.
• Support and mentor the AEL SAP Basis team guiding them to improve system performance and establish best practices for system maintenance.
• Bring best practices from a landscape perspective to optimize SAP infrastructure and enhance overall system efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 912 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with a focus on implementation and AMS projects.
• Handson experience with SAP ECC modules and functionalities.
• Proficiency in managing SAP systems on Microsoft SQL Server is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in SAP infrastructure management.
