Job Description

This individual will be responsible for supporting the global leadership team on driving the companys growth agenda on buyandbuilt acquisitions.

Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and working closely with the firm s leadership team the Associate M&A will play a pivotal role in evaluating and executing strategic mergers acquisitions and other strategic projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Endtoend support on execution of M&A transactions (pre and post closing) including outbound sourcing.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including legal finance and operations to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors and investors.
  • Support due diligence efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials including pitch decks investment memoranda and board presentations.
  • Participate in deal negotiations.
  • Support postacquisition integration efforts including developing integration plans and tracking integration milestones.
  • Perform adhoc analysis and projects as required to support the broader strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate strategic fit synergies and potential value creation opportunities for each deal.
  • Monitor and track postacquisition performance to assess the success of integration efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gain alignment and support for M&A initiatives.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in finance business administration or related field;
  • 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking corporate development private equity or management consulting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
