Medical warehouse keeper

Coordinating with the relevant authorities, such as the Medical Engineering Department, the receiving employee, and the requesting department when receiving medical devices.
Coordinating with the accounting department at the center regarding the medical materials that were dispensed from the warehouse for the purpose of treating the center’s patients.
Preparing monthly and periodic reports on the movement of materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
Commitment to all policies and procedures related to warehouse operation and ensuring their continuous application.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the medical warehouse and ensuring that all health, safety and infection control procedures are applied within the warehouse.
Maintaining records and files related to the work of the medical warehouse and updating them periodically.
Performing any task assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of jurisdiction.
