We provide a reliable and straightforward process that reduces your medical debt offering relief from any health expenses you have incurred.

The Medical Record Collector is responsible for the maintenance and control of all patient medical records and while always protecting patient and employee confidentiality. This role will also assist authorized personnel with requests for records. You must have some experience working with medical records release of information and be comfortable being crosstrained to help in other areas where needed.

Requirements

Orders and Obtains medical records in a timely manner
Ensures medical records are in order and are accurate and complete
Organizes and processes incoming mail with respect to medical records
Retrieves medical records from internet chart storage facilities when needed
Scans medical records into Clients digital file
Retrieve and file medical records as needed only old charts
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all medical records
Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor
The position requires a strong organizational skill set


Qualifications

Minimum of one year s experience in healthcare setting as a medical record technician medical record clerk unit secretary or similar position where electronic medical/records processing was part of the daily responsibilities.
Prefer experience on Quality Assurance in clinical documentation.
Proficient in using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
