Position Overview
FullTime Employed position. Seeking an experienced psychiatrist for a leadership role. MonFri work schedule with 1:4 weekend call. Inpatient case load minimum of 16/day. No telepsychiatry or split schedule.

A 120bed facility that opened in December 2021 located in the Milwaukee suburb of West Allis focuses on inpatient psychiatric care.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Valid and active medical license in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain quickly.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in psychiatric settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Director or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong preference for candidates already licensed in Wisconsin and able to practice
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee psychiatric services including rounding admissions treatment team participation discharge summaries medication management and call rotation. Ensure highquality care and compliance with hospital policies and standards.
