Role overview:
We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Test Engineer to join our dynamic team at Capital Engineering. As a Mechanical Test Engineer you will play a critical role in leading and managing key initiatives to drive business growth and ensure the smooth functioning of the department. This position requires strategic thinking strong leadership and effective communication skills to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve department goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Oversee the daytoday operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve processes and efficiency
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive key initiatives and projects
  • Identify and address challenges to ensure seamless workflow and operations
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  • Manage budget allocation and resource planning for the department
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Communicate departmental objectives policies and procedures to team members
  • Resolve escalated issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes
  • Lead by example and uphold the organizations values and culture

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Demonstrated success in driving business results and achieving targets
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strategic thinking and decisionmaking abilities
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to effectively mentor coach and develop team members
