ME capacity building Consultancy

NRC is looking to hire a national Monitoring and Evaluation consultant to support one of our partners in developing the MEL capacity and framework for Tamkeen, which was identified by the detailed capacity assessment of the partner.
The M&E consultant will work in the framework of the ICLA programme, under the leadership and oversight of the joint NRC-Tamkeen Steering Committee.
The overall scope of work for the consultancy includes:
The development and implementation of a new M&E framework and all related tools of qualitative and quantitative data collection at output and outcome level for Tamkeen.
The provision of Mentoring and on-the-job specialized Training on key M&E concepts and SOP for the Tamkeen M&E Coordinator as well as program staff.
