• Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Define, drive and follow up the day-to-day marketing communications activities as well as long-term marketing communications strategy
• Partner with STS channel partners marketing teams, product marketing and sales to help develop and execute marketing tactics to achieve marketing goals
• Create various communications deliverables, including but not limited to presentations, news releases, media/analyst pitches, articles, case studies, videos, data sheets, internal and external surveys, internal and executive communications, and other thought leadership material
• Help maintain the STS Communication Channels, be it internal or external such as website, ensuring content and key messages are relevant, accurate and consistent with branding and STS positioning and strategy
