Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to the success of our brand. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing or advertising excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients by regularly communicating addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels including digital print and social media. Assist in developing campaign strategies timelines and budgets.
  • Creative Brief Development: Work closely with clients to gather information and insights needed to develop creative briefs for advertising projects. Ensure briefs accurately reflect client objectives target audience and messaging.
  • Creative Review and Feedback: Collaborate with creative teams to review and provide feedback on advertising materials including ad copy visuals and layouts. Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Assist in monitoring and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns. Track key metrics such as impressions clickthrough rates and conversions and provide insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends competitor strategies and consumer behaviour insights. Compile findings into reports and presentations to inform client recommendations and campaign strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team including organising files scheduling meetings and preparing client presentations and proposals.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clientfocused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with advertising principles and digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
