- Lead, develop and implement social media practices and global employee relations, engagement strategies and content management in close coordination with Director – Marketing and Branding
- Responsible for managing conferences, award functions, events and all relevant social media platforms
- Responsible for posting, videos, content of, marketing and employee engagement initiatives on social media platforms
- Implementing employee connect initiatives through chat bot & apps
- Responsible for forming different internal groups and Implementation of Reward & recognition programs, contests, festival celebrations, Fun Thursdays, birthday & anniversary celebrations & CSR initiatives with strong social media presence to external and internal customers
