Marketing Assistant Contract role - 3 months or 4 months

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CloserStill Media (CSM)s Singapore Officeis looking for 2 contract staff to support the Marketing team in the lead up to the upcomingTech Week Singapore 2024 happening 910October 2024 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

If you are looking for an opportunity to gain exposure and working experiencein the realms of marketing and/or to work inthe exhibitions arena and you enjoy working in a fastpaced environment then THIS would be a great position for you.

Duration of commitment:

• 4 months: 20 Jun 2024 to 17 Oct 2024
• 3 months: 18 Jul 2024 to 17 Oct 2024

THE ROLE:

• To support marketing campaigns to ensure visitor targets are met.
• To ensure key messages aligned to the business plan and are delivered across all potential media.
• To support sales via partnerships and sponsorship deals.
• To write and control copywriting and Print Production of marketing materials.
• To support marketing tasks and activities required on time as guided by Manager.
• To ensure social media activity such as Twitter Facebook and LinkedIn etc. are executed for the maximum exposure for the business as directed by Manager.
• To liaise with sector relevant associations and media partners where directed.
• To foster key relationships especially with key customers and stakeholders to maximise revenues.
• To ensure high levels of care and customer satisfaction regarding the sector.
• To undertake any other duties as requested.
  

ABOUT YOU:

• Great writing skills. You should be confident in writing technical copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Good IT skills. You will be using content management systems databases and email software.
• Ambition to develop your marketing career.
• Have something to teach us about social media.
• Get on well with people from all walks of life (and the ability to network and make new friends quickly!)
• Hold grace under pressure.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours as needed around key show times.

WORK LOCATION:

These roles arebased in Singapore at our Tanjong Pagar office and at MBS during show time.
