Manufacturing Pricing Analytics and Item Configuration Specialist

As a Manufacturing Pricing Analytics and Item Configuration Specialist your role will be pivotal in standardizing and improving our level 2 business activities globally. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring items costing and pricing products and managing the quote generation and delivery processes. Reporting to the Global Process Owner for Lead to Cash youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline operations remove nonvalueadded activities and enhance business value through process improvements.

Your tasks will involve:

• Collaborating with the Global Process Owner to optimize the design of level 2 CPQ processes aligning them with future state goals.
• Developing and managing the strategic roadmap for CPQ processes ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Leading change initiatives in CPQ from assessment to implementation fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identifying opportunities for synergy and optimizing resource allocation.
• Advocating for global process standards and aligning them with business requirements and the operating model.
• Driving improvements in cycle time governance transparency and data reliability.
• Applying lean and six sigma methodologies to drive ongoing process enhancements.
• Prioritizing and resolving business issues with the appropriate resources.
• Collaborating with diverse global teams to map define improve and monitor CPQ processes.
• Identifying opportunities for technologydriven automation and ensuring process compliance.
• Promoting centralization automation and standardization of CPQ activities.
• Establishing tracking analyzing and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) over time.

• Experience in Pricing Analytics and/or Item Configuration in manufacturing.
• Project Management Experience and/or Six Sigma qualification at some level.
