Roles & Responsibilities
The Manager Sales is in charge of developing business solutions. The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. They will manage client accounts and come up with new sales ideas. This includes new sales strategies sales pitches and business plans. The incumbent will be a gogetter and will utilize all the support that the company can provide to develop a rich pipeline of great prospects through a combination of inbound lead follow up and outbound email & call prospecting. The incumbent shall thrive on relationshipbased sales and will be a selfstarting team player who will focus on driving growth with new and existing accounts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Acquisition of new clients to manage their HCM & HR Consulting requirements.
  • Should map potential customers and generate leads; Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions
  • Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and increasing client base.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Writing business proposals & Negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.

Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in business marketing or related field.
  • 8 10 years relevant experience in Sales / Marketing / BD of HCM and other products & services
  • Ability to interact with diverse clients
  • Ability to understand Payroll HRIS; Legal and Compliance Services
