Job Description: ManagerProject Sales (WireCables SwitchesLighting)
The purpose of the role is to deliver yearonyear sales Conversion from Key Accounts assigned in the geographical area and building long term connect with key influencers customers to enable future growth opportunities.
a. Business Development Generate pipeline / enquiry bank for propelling business growth through regular follow up.
b. Key Decision Maker Relationship Build long term relationship with key decision makers in the respective customer segments / key influencers to ensure brand presence in all opportunities.
c. Technical Specifications Understand technical specification and work with design team to recommend top class solutions to customers.
d. Alignment to Organization Initiatives 100% compliance to organization initiatives such as SFA/Oppurtunit Funnel/Demand Generation etc from self.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales.
Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
Qualification & Work Experience, Key Skills/Competencies Master s degree in business administration with specialization in marketing/sales or a related discipline Minimum 8+ years, maximum 15 years in market/customer facing operations. Mandatory: 3+ years in multiple geographies, market/customer-facing role with experience in sales of electrical goods with good understanding of Electrical/ Allied industry Understands complex sales cycles at strategic level
