Description:
We are looking for a wellrounded skilled professional to join as a Product and Operations Manager supporting partnership management data integration and product execution for current solutions and building out the future of the product.
The Product & Operational Manager will provide strategic leadership to managers and professional associates in their daily activities.
They will work with Senior Product Leaders to align local daytoday operations to support and enable product and client deliveries with strategic product priorities to drive the success of multiple teams within his/her department/district.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards strong business acumen and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
In this role you will also collaborate with internal and some external data and business partners spanning product engineering and account management teams.
In this capacity the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate ability to lead multiple initiatives have attention to important details have a good sense of prioritization and drive to bring projects to a timely and accurate delivery.
Supervise the daily activities of a team of approximately 34 managers to ensure priorities align with business priorities
Comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards business dynamics and strategic planning knowledge of the Digital and TV marketing / media industry and ad operations preferred.
Manage multiple related teams setting organizational priorities and allocating resources effectively
Execute department business plans ensuring alignment with broader strategic product priorities and
organizational goals
Identify and resolve complex multidimensional business problems that impact the performance of your
department/district
Use your experience and judgment to identify and support resolution of daytoday issues and blockers
Drive initiatives that support longterm growth and success
Build and maintain strong relationships to support the overall objectives of the organization
Develop and implement policies that enhance operational efficiency compliance and overall
effectiveness
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in business administration marketing computer science or engineering
Supervisory or line management experience
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing multiple teams and achieving business
results
Comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards business dynamics and strategic
planning knowledge of the Digital and TV marketing / media industry and ad operations preferred.
Experience in planning developing and managing data products preferably in digital advertising
marketing media or technology
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work with both technical and nontechnical teams internal and external
Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
Must be able to articulate technical concepts in an easytounderstand manner
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a global team
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
