-Manage the entire customer implementation process, from kickoff to solution go-live
-Coordinate with account executives, implementation engineers, product managers, and training and support teams to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for customers
-Develop an implementation plan and timeline in collaboration with customers
-Provide solution setup and configurations based on customer requirements and workflows
-Work with customers to test solutions in UAT and prepare for go-live
- Train new users on Yango Deli Tech systems and procedures as a supplement to other training resources
