Responsible for Sales and Business development to Pan India level & International.
Responsible for achieving the sales plan.
Develop a clear understanding of the product and its applications.
Customer service and coordination with global network of Aperam.
Answering the sales inquiries by thorough analysis of technical and commercial feasibility.
Responsible to provide management with market analysis and opportunities for product portfolio.
Key customer interface for company. Responsible for timely answer to customers/ prospects on various inquiries purchase orders and order fulfillment process.
Responsible for coordination with Supply Chain and production teams for timely delivery of product on time to customer.
Responsible for payment follow up with customers.
Responsible for taking forecasts from customers and providing it to the plant teams for necessary planning of production schedules and materials.
Responsible for fulfilment of sales and marketing function ISO requirements and documentation.
Ensuring that customers issues are responded earliest to their full satisfaction by proper coordination with responsible function/ party.
Undertake customer visit as and when needed for resolving customer issues/ new business development.
