The Manager Admissions will oversees a team of Admissions Advisors and QA.
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:
Working with a team of 510 Admissions Advisors to ensure they hit their monthly goals
Listen to calls and provide constant feedback to the team
Accurately Forecast a monthly bookings number to the mgmt. team
Work with the team on process improvements and alignments
Work with interdepartment leads on process and new bootcamp rollouts
Calling/Emailing and constantly following up with inbound leads
Developing sales opportunities by prospecting researching and identifying potential accounts; and building rapport with students.
Providing timely responses to students inquiries. We require all leads to be followed up under 1 minute.
Entering and updating leads opportunities and other customer information in CRM system for the assigned territory.
Exceeding monthly quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
Maintaining accurate and predictable monthly and quarterly sales forecast.
Requirements
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
7 years of Admissions Advising or Inbound Sales
5 years of Management Experience
Develop and manage pipeline and forecast report.
Consistently exceeded all KPI targets and exceeded quarterly commitments.
Competency Identifiers
Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds levels and positions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
