The Role at Kuku FM
You will embark on a transformative journey as a Generalist Management Trainee at Kuku FM where your core mission will be to harness the potential of Generative AI across our key departments. This unique role is crafted for individuals who exhibit not just resilience and problemsolving prowess but also a distinct passion for and insight into Generative AI technologies. Your endeavors will span from creating disruptive content and formulating dynamic marketing strategies to driving user engagement and pioneering AI innovations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to projects leveraging Generative AI to innovate and enhance content creation marketing techniques user engagement practices and AIdriven products.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ideate design and execute AIcentric strategies that align with our organizational goals and culture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI identifying opportunities for application within the company.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation encouraging the adoption of Generative AI tools and methodologies.
- Apply a datadriven approach to measure the impact of Generative AI initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Recent IIT graduate only with a demonstrated interest and understanding of Generative AI technologies.
- Strong track record of resilience exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate uncertainty.
- Proven leadership experience ideally showcasing the ability to spearhead innovative projects or lead teams in a technologically advanced domain.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a knack for thinking outside the box.
- Eagerness to immerse oneself in a fastpaced everevolving tech environment with a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
