Analysis and get ideas to increase the reliability of the asset

Workshop housekeeping follow-up and implement 5 S system

Check the yearly Major maintenance repair plan

Apply and follow-up safety roles inside the workshop

Implement training matrix and follow-up to executed for all maintenance team

Implement process and procedure for the maintenance department

Implement Check list for PM and PMI and tracking sheets as per OEM

Reporting

Monthly Equipment Healthy Report

Monthly PMS Report

Monthly technician performance report

Third Party Interactions

Managerial responsibilities

Managing the performance of the maintenance teams

Plan & monitor for annual maintenance budget

Follow-up on daily operations to ensure efficient operations

Coach & Mentor supervisors to grow and deliver best outcome

• EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

10 + years of relevant experience

3+ years in maintenance leading team

Prior experience in Heavy Equipment (preferred Terminal back ground)

• EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Additional certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance is a plus

Port Operations certificate is a plus
