Job Description

- Perform all Infrastructure/Application and Business process monitoring checks and raise the Incident for Critical/Warning and Unknown alerts.
- Incident resolution with the help of WI.
- Provide 1st Level support for the tasks with the help of WI’s. Act on known issues and escalate all new issues to support team by creating the ticket in ticket logging tool.
- Executes workflow tasks and keeps ticketing tool requests up-to-date.
- Analyzes and solves incidents or escalates them to the appropriate support team.
- Analyzes the root cause whenever applicable and defines how to solve problems.
- Delivers input for RCA’s, CIP’s, and PIR’s.
- Standard changes and service work requests execution.
- Executes activities as scheduled in EDPP.
- Executes daily production -, maintenance -and housekeeping activities, based on EDPP and as defined in production handbooks / work instructions/ Paladin Docs, e.g. check back- ups and log files, perform system & security checks, etc.
- Prepare the shift handover and share the action list with next shift person.
