Job Description

- Receive operations handover from Implementation team and Project Management team post implementation phase.
- Provide Level 2 operational support and troubleshooting for Security SDWAN Service during the incubation phase to ensure Service stabilization. Collaborate with L1 operational team, L3 engineering team, and Change Desk team, and CSM.
- Provide next level support post-process of handover operations to IBO L2 operational team during mass roll-out phase.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team in France to support Fortinet SDWAN infrastructure.
- Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed Change Management process through Orange Change tools.
- Resolve service problems by performing root cause analysis and designing action plans for unknown errors reported through the Problem Management Dashboard.
- Perform solution releases by authorizing, validating (changes, upgrades, updates, patches, and migrations), and implementing them
