Job Description

- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of group LAN / WAN networks and connections
- Manage, Install and upgrade group network components.
- Troubleshoot and investigate the network and speed issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for Network Devices, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Guide and advise desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all network devices and related connection problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Monitor the update of all products switches, firewall, etc. firmware.
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for managed connections issues.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the network / connection by monitoring Network performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout group LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Works with vendors to assist support activities.
- Perform routine pro-active activities to ensure early identification for the issues and challenges related to group network and security
