Key Responsibilities

• As a software engineer you will work on multiple projects critical to the companyIs needs with their fastpaced business growing and evolving.
• Their engineers need to be versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the fullstack as they continue pushing technology forward.
• You will manage project priorities deadlines and deliverables. You will design develop test deploy maintain and enhance software solutions.
• Experience with Python or more generalpurpose programming languages (e.g. C# Java).
• Design code and test new features making marked contributions to the application and process emphasizing performant decoupled testable and maintainable code.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g. style guidelines checking code in accuracy testability and efficiency).
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware network
  or service operations and quality.
• Lead and mentor new hires or junior engineers
• Report the data to the team.
• Comply with the data storage policies of LizAI.
• Possible international business travels.

Your skills and experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Have experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g. large language model) artificial intelligence deep learning
  and/or natural language processing.
• Ability to work with a diverse global communitybased in many different locations and time zones.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and adapting to changing
  priorities
• Strong organizational skills high attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative crossfunctional environment

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Have experience with software development in one or more programming languages or 1 year of experience with an advanced
  degree.
• Have of experience with data structures or algorithms in an academic or industry setting.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit Learn or Keras.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI.
• Experience in building up endtoend Machine Learning pipelines.
• Good command of English communication.

• Monthly (base) salary is negotiable and up to $ 2500.
