Job description

To perform manpower planning to ensure production department have sufficient workforce to achieve effectiveness of production lines.

To coordinate and maintain daily operator of each department.

To planning production schedules and ensuring that the production process is carried out within budget and on time.

To monitor and enforce the company policy and procedure.

To ensure production department achieve department objective.

To follow up closely the production schedule to ensure on time delivery.

Participate in the confirmation evaluation and performance reviews of production departments.

To maintain the quality management system such as ISO 9001 Standard at all the time.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.

Preferable able to setting troubleshoot & understand the concept of machine.

Leadership with ability to drive a team.
